HACCP — throughout

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. Every product undergoes a documented HACCP process. Critical Control Points (CCPs) are identified, monitored and recorded per production stage. Declaration of conformity per batch on request.

FIC — Food Information to Consumers

EU Regulation 1169/2011. Mandatory information on packaging: name, ingredient list, allergens (bold-faced), net quantity, BBD, manufacturer, nutrition facts per 100 g/100 ml. Imports from Asia/USA are relabelled in Germany in FIC-compliant form.

IFS Food / BRC — partner plants

International Featured Standard and British Retail Consortium. Audit standards for food manufacturers, required by grocery-retail customers (Edeka, Rewe, Aldi). VOVAN partner plants with IFS/BRC audit Grade A or higher. Audit date and grade per plant available on request.

EORI — International customs number

Economic Operators' Registration and Identification. EU-wide customs number for VOVAN Global GmbH. Prerequisite for imports from third countries (Asia, USA, Turkey). A compliance requirement for wholesale partners with international supply chains.

Allergen matrix per FIC §11

14 EU mandatory allergens documented in a structured way: gluten-containing cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, lupins, molluscs. Plus traces notes (cross-contamination). Delivery as structured CSV or PDF.

GDPR — Data protection

EU General Data Protection Regulation. B2B communication, retailer-portal data and lead-capture forms are GDPR-compliant. Data Processing Agreements available on request for major customers with data-protection-relevant data flow.

Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries primarily from Germany, Poland, Spain. For Maison de Patifruits frozen desserts and FROOZLY fruit lines. Season-optimized purchasing.

Milk powder / dairy — Germany/EU

Full-fat and skimmed milk powder from German and EU sources. QS-certified suppliers. Organic milk powder available for premium lines.

Per sales unit a batch code leads back to the production batch. In case of a recall, full traceability is possible within 4 hours.
