What payment terms do you offer?
Standard payment term is 30 days. First orders from new customers are delivered against prepayment. For established partnerships we are happy to discuss adjusted terms.
Which quality documents are available?
HACCP is a self-monitoring system, not a certification. Each item has a product passport; manufacturer certificates such as IFS Food or BRCGS are available per item on request. More under Quality & Specifications.
Do you offer POS material and displays?
Yes, depending on the brand: displays, listing imagery and stands. What is available for which item is stated in the quote.
